Double Shear Strain gauge
- Two measuring grids on one backing which are positioned in a V-shape with a 90° angle towards each other.
- Commonly used when torque or shear must be measured but when space is limited.
- Constantan or karma measuring grid material
- Special polyimide, PEEK or modified phenolic backing material
- Working temperature available: -200 ~ +250 Celsius
- Rated Resistance available: 175 - 2000 Ohm
- Various temperature compensations available (STC)
- Various creep codes available
- K-factor (or gauge factor): 1.8 ~ 2.3
- Cycles: > 10 million
