Shear Strain gauge

  • Single measuring grid on a backing, usually directed into a 45° angle position with reference to the solder tab position. 
  • Used in applications where shear or torque stresses are measured.
  • Constantan or karma measuring grid material
  • Special polyimide, PEEK or modified phenolic backing material
  • Working temperature available: -200 ~ +250 Celsius
  • Rated Resistance: 60 - 1000 Ohm 
  • Various temperature compensations available (STC)
